SEO
By combining deep technical knowledge with business-level thinking, we analyze your organic visibility, your market, and your internal capacity, and build a plan that actually ships.

We offer three service types within SEO: Growth, Data Control, and Audit.
The right service depends on where you are: whether you need someone running organic growth week by week, a measurement system that makes SEO observable, or a one-time diagnosis that tells you what’s broken and what to do about it.
SEO Growth
We run or lead your organic growth program with senior judgment and clear accountability. Continuous strategy, execution, and monitoring, not monthly SEO storytelling.
SEO Data Controlling
A single, trusted view of organic performance, market trends and broader business context. Dashboards built around the questions that matter - what is moving, why, and what should change next.
SEO Audit
Evidence-backed diagnosis of your organic visibility. Clear findings, prioritized actions, and implementation-ready specs, built for your team to execute with respect for business priorities and internal capabilities.
Pick a goal. We’ll pick the entry point.

SEO Growth
What is this service?
SEO Growth is our model for running or leading organic growth with senior judgment and clear accountability. Instead of delivering “SEO activities”, we build and maintain a system that keeps winning visibility across search, discovery surfaces, and (when relevant) AI-driven platforms aligned with what your business sells. In practice, this means:
- controlling what search engines can and should see,
- expanding relevance where it matters (category structure, faceting, taxonomy, content, brand signals),
- and reacting fast when Google, the market, or your own releases introduce risk.
When does this make sense?
- You already have a website, but organic growth is flat, volatile, or lagging behind competitors.
- You’re an e-commerce or marketplace and your category/filter structure is limiting visibility.
- You need seasonal readiness (products, categories, landing pages) and you’re tired of being late.
- You ship changes often (or you’re migrating) and you need someone watching organic risk and opportunity in real time.
- You want growth decisions grounded in what users search, what SERPs reward, and what your team can actually implement.
How we work?
Every client gets a dedicated SEO lead backed by our broader team and tooling. Work runs in a steady weekly rhythm: monitoring, prioritisation, shipping improvements, and validating impact. Typical workstreams include:
- Market + keyword intelligence (built for action): we map intent and modifiers that drive specificity, then translate findings into what your site needs to expose (and what it must hide).
- E-commerce category & faceting growth: we build visibility through controlled indexation of high-value filtered pages, product/category optimisation, and missing attribute strategy. The job isn’t “more pages”, it’s the right pages.
- Seasonal planning that ships early: based on last year’s demand patterns and current SERP movement, we build a realistic pre-season plan that fits your ability to execute (products, filters, landing pages, internal linking, content).
- Always-on monitoring & fast response: traffic shifts, indexing changes, crawl anomalies, sudden speed drops, new errors, backlink events, we spot it early and act before it becomes a quarter-long mystery.
- Competitor gap execution: where competitors win (content type, structure, coverage, trust signals) and what you need to build to take that space, including category copy logic, internal linking targets, and prioritised page upgrades.
- Authority & brand signals (when needed): outreach/PR support, local SEO, review strategy, and other credibility levers that influence organic selection, not as a checklist, but as targeted moves tied to demand.
- Deep technical work when it’s warranted: log file analysis and crawl budget optimisation when GSC is too slow or too vague; robots/canonical rules when engines waste resources; migration support with developer-ready specs, redirect mapping, and post-launch monitoring.
- AI visibility tracking (when relevant): we baseline where you appear for synthetic versions of your real search topics across major AI platforms, analyse citations/sources, and translate that into SEO moves or PR placement targets.
The output is always execution-first: clear priorities, owner-ready tasks, and copy-paste specs where possible (faceting rules, linking maps, content briefs, redirect rules, taxonomy decisions).
Roles & responsibilities
Granular
- We set direction, priorities, and guardrails for organic growth.
- We run monitoring and analysis, surface risks and opportunities early, and propose what to ship next.
- We deliver implementation-ready tasks and materials; support complex technical initiatives (e.g., log analysis, migrations) when required.
Client
- You provide business context, access to relevant data, and alignment on priorities.
- You implement changes internally or through partners (dev/content), with our oversight where needed.
- You keep us informed about releases that could impact SEO so we can prevent avoidable damage.
SEO Data Controlling
What is this service?
SEO Data Controlling gives you a single, trusted view of organic performance that goes beyond “rankings and vibes”. We track visibility and demand signals (impressions, clicks, CTR), connect them to outcomes where possible (leads, sales, revenue), and break results down in a way that supports decisions: branded vs non-branded, by page type, by category, by intent, and against seasonality. Dashboards are built around the questions that matter: what is moving, why it’s moving, and what should change next.
When does this make sense?
- You have GSC and analytics, but no clear control layer, just scattered reports and opinions.
- Organic performance is seasonal or volatile and you need to separate pattern from noise.
- You want to understand what’s driving growth: categories, page templates, query types, or intent shifts.
- You need leadership-ready reporting that doesn’t oversimplify reality.
- You run SEO across multiple markets, languages, or large sites where manual checks don’t scale.
How we work?
We build a measurement system that makes SEO observable and actionable:
- Visibility tracking that matches reality: impressions and clicks segmented by branded/non-branded, page type, category, and template.
- Intent and modifier systems: we classify queries by modifiers (e.g., comparisons, “best”, questions, transactional signals), so you can see whether demand is drifting toward purchase intent or information seeking and respond accordingly.
- Seasonality logic: we use impression patterns and page/query behaviour to detect what is truly seasonal, what is trend-driven, and what is a performance issue that needs fixing.
- Granular monitoring: anomalies, drops, sudden shifts in CTR, indexing changes, and category-level performance gaps are surfaced early with a clear “what this likely means” and “what to do next”.
- Decision-ready views: the same system supports daily checks, weekly prioritisation, and internal reporting without drowning teams in slides.
Roles & responsibilities
Granular
- We design and maintain the SEO measurement model, dashboards, and monitoring logic.
- We build classification systems (page types, categories, branded/non-branded, modifiers/intent) and keep them consistent over time.
- We surface risks, anomalies, and opportunities as actionable signals, not retrospective commentary.
Client
- You provide access to relevant data sources and business context needed for interpretation.
- You use the dashboards and signals to align teams, prioritise work, and communicate organic performance internally.
SEO Audit
What is this service?
SEO Audit gives you a clear, evidence-backed diagnosis of your organic visibility across search and AI discovery surfaces. We start with human review (what the site is, who it’s for, how it sells), then verify everything with data: GSC, crawl diagnostics, server behaviour, indexing and rendering, and how the market actually looks in SERPs. If something is choking crawl efficiency, wasting Google’s resources, confusing intent, or making competitors look like the obvious choice, it will surface. The output is built for action, not education.
When does this make sense?
- Organic performance is flat, volatile, or hard to explain.
- You’re planning a redesign or migration (or you already shipped one and it went sideways).
- You suspect technical debt, indexing issues, or content cannibalisation — but you don’t want guesswork.
- You need a realistic plan your team can implement, with priorities that match your resources.
- You want to know why competitors outrank you and where the real gap is (not what a blog says the gap should be).
How we work?
We don’t run “one audit template”. We rebuild the picture for your business and your constraints. The process typically includes:
- Baseline reality check: GSC performance patterns, coverage, crawl signals, query and page behaviour, anomalies.
- Technical qualification layer: crawlability, indexability, rendering, internal linking structure, site architecture, canonical logic, parameter/facet handling, speed only where it’s actually limiting, structured data where it moves the needle.
- Market + competitor diagnostics: SERP composition by intent, competitor crawling and gap mapping (content depth, structure, backlinks, brand signals).
- AI visibility signals (when relevant): synthetic query sets from real SEO topics, multi-run testing across major AI platforms to reduce noise, citation/source analysis, and what that implies for classic SEO vs PR/outreach plays.
- Discovery surfaces (when relevant): Discover/News patterns, publishing cadence, topic fit, and what a discover-friendly plan would look like.
Findings are translated into an audit output that teams can execute:
- a scorecard of the current state (what’s healthy, what’s broken, what’s missing)
- a prioritized action plan tied to business impact and implementation difficulty
- copy-paste ready specs where possible (internal linking maps, faceting rules, content mapping/briefs, change lists)
- clear ownership: what needs dev, what marketing/content can ship, what we can support
Roles & responsibilities
Granular
- We request access to relevant sources (GSC, analytics, crawl/server signals, SEO tools as needed).
- We perform the full analysis across site, market, competitors, and selected discovery surfaces.
- We deliver documentation with clear priorities, exact recommendations, and implementation-ready materials.
- We run a walkthrough so your team understands what to do first and why.
Client
- You provide access and basic business context (offer, margins/priorities, markets, constraints, internal resourcing).
- You confirm what’s feasible to implement and in what timeframe.
- You execute changes internally or with our support.

Frequently asked questions
To understand the service even better.
Why bring you in if we already have an agency or in-house team?
We add senior judgment, a clear roadmap, and tighter measurement. Think of us as the partner who asks hard questions, spots blind spots, and helps your team make better calls, without replacing them.
Will my current SEO provider or team be replaced?
No. That’s not the goal. We work with them and make them better. If you want us to run the organic program directly, that’s our Growth service.
What’s the difference between Growth, Data Controlling, and Audit?
Growth is ongoing: we run or lead your organic program week by week. Data Controlling gives you a measurement layer that makes SEO observable and decision-ready. Audit is a one-time deep diagnosis with a prioritized action plan. They can work together or independently.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Anyone who does is either lying or gaming short-term tactics. We focus on building sustainable organic systems that improve visibility, qualified traffic, and revenue contribution and measure honestly.
How quickly will we see results?
It depends on the starting point. Quick wins from technical fixes or crawl improvements can show within weeks. Structural growth (category expansion, content, authority) compounds over 3 to 6 months. We set realistic expectations upfront.
Will I spend less and get the same results?
Sometimes. We cut waste when we find it and recommend more investment where the marginal return is there. The aim is better outcomes, not just lower costs. Also, our technical expertise allows us to develop scripts or complete agentic workflows that reduce resources drastically.
Can you act as an external SEO manager or coordinator?
Yes. We can coordinate agencies, guide the in-house team, and keep everyone aligned. That’s how most Growth engagements work in practice.
What do you need from us?
Business context (what you sell, margins, priorities, constraints), access to GSC, analytics, and your CMS or dev team. We handle the SEO work; you steer with your knowledge of the business.
Can you help with a site migration?
Yes. Migration support is a core workstream. We provide redirect mapping, developer-ready specs, URL architecture guidance, and post-launch monitoring.
Do you work with e-commerce only?
No. We work with e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS, B2B, and service businesses. The approach adapts to your model.
How do you handle AI and ChatGPT-style search?
We baseline your visibility across AI-driven surfaces, track it over time, and integrate findings into the organic roadmap. It’s not a separate service, it’s part of how we think about search today.
Who owns the data and deliverables?
You do. We work in your accounts, document everything, and keep reporting open.
What if we disagree on an approach?
We’ll state our view with data, test it on a small scale, and decide by evidence.
How can we know if we are a fit?
You will judge us by looking at the results, but results are ultimately the end product of execution. If you can give us access, context, and the freedom to work with your team, we’re a good fit.
Do you offer education?
We do, but it depends on what you need. Feel free to contact us and explain the type of education you would like us to provide.
